20 minutes to breathe, move, open, and find space through a grounding flow.
Sound — Receive 🎶 with Kayla
20 minutes to slow down, integrate, and simply receive as we close the experience immersed in sound and vibration.

Our Mat Pilates Teacher Training is an intimate, 4-day intensive led by Patricia Pinto — 18 years of teaching, a strong therapeutic lens, and a genuine belief that the best instructors teach from real understanding.
