Your eye muscles can get STUCK in a fixed, shortened position by staring at screens all day. Like any other muscle, you need to train them through a full range of motion. This simple training can be done anywhere, any time, and it’s about the quality of vision per rep, not quantity.
For more tips on how to move better, feel better, and crush your goals, make sure you are following the crew:

She be right. He’s at the club dancing to upgrade his stability and nervous system.
This might look like a weird dance move, but this is actually a high-level Gaze Fixation and Stability Challenge.

We are combining a lower body isometric hold (the elevated lunge) with active visual tracking. Anyone can hold a lunge when staring at a fixed spot on the wall, but what happens when your visual target starts moving?

Your balance is heavily controlled by your eyes. By tracking an object without losing your physical stability, you are:

Forcing your brain to process moving visual input while maintaining leg tension

Enhancing your vestibular system (your body’s internal GPS)

Bulletproofing your balance for chaotic, real-world environments

Did you know your eye muscles can get STUCK in a fixed, shortened position by staring at your phone and computer all day? Like any other muscle, you need to train them through a full range of motion.

Meet eye-pushups! We use this visual tracking drill to force the extraocular msucles to wake up. By tracking the target as it moves closer and further away, you are actively training your eyes to converge and adjust.

“Your head is literally a pressure cooker. Let the steam out. If you suffer from tension headaches, TMJ pain, or clogged ears, you are likely holding immense pressure in your facial muscles and sinuses.

Here is the “”Pressure Valve”” Drill:
1 - Pinch your nostrils completely shut.
2 - Seal your lips tightly.
3- Gently blow air into your cheeks until they puff out (don’t blow so hard it hurts your ears!).
4- Hold for 5-10 seconds.

Why it works: This creates internal pressure that safely opens your Eustachian tubes (bye-bye ear pressure) while giving your overworked cheek and jaw muscles a deep stretch from the inside out.

Did your ears pop? Did your jaw relax? Let us know in the comments!

Bulletproof your neck. These aren’t just weird faces you make at the gym—they are deep biomechanical drills to engorge tissues, stimulate lymph drainage, and build serious structural integrity.

Here is your 3-step progression to bulletproof your head and neck mechanics:

Level 1: The Cranial Vacuum. Sucking the cheeks in creates an internal vacuum that pulls pressure up towards the face. This is your go-to for clearing blocked sinuses and relieving stubborn tension headaches!

Level 2: Single-Fist Digastric Drive. Puff the cheeks (chipmunk style) to pressurize, anchor one fist under the jaw, and drive your chin down for 5-10 seconds. This stimulates massive blood flow and strengthens the digastric muscle.

Level 3: Double-Fist Digastric Drive. The ultimate structural posture fix. Two fists create a wider base of resistance, symmetrically firing up your deep neck flexors to connect your head properly to your torso.

Hold your breath for each exercise for 5-10 seconds at a time. Between reps, take a deep breath to reset and try again.

Your neck pain might be from a muscle you’ve never even heard of.
Welcome to Part 2 of “Meet the Digastric Muscle.” It sits right under your jaw. If it’s weak, your head and neck mechanics suffer.
The chipmunk cheeks with a digastric isometric hold is NOT for headaches. BUT this internal pressurization/mewing exercise help with neckpain and for clearing water out of your ears or popping them on a flight. Give this a try for 5-10 seconds at at time by doing the following:

Step 1: The Double Anchor. Form two closed fists and place them side by side directly underneath your jawline and chin. This is your anchor and will provide the resistance needed to engage your deep neck flexors.

Step 2: The Pressurization. Seal your lips tightly and fill your mouth with air, puffing out your cheeks like a chipmunk. This internal pressure starts to engorge the facial tissues.

Step 3: The Drastic Drag. Drive your chin down into your fist, while using your fist to resist that downward motion.

Step 4: The Activation. Hold this pressurized, engaged state for 5 to 10 seconds. You should feel the muscles firing up, stimulating blood flow, and building the structural strength to properly connect your head to your torso!

Do the above for 5-10 seconds at at time while holding your breath. Between reps, take a deep breath to reset and try again.
