BARRE BALANCE is coming this fall, Fridays at 10am!
WHAT IS BARRE BALANCE?
It is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. It focuses on short, repetitive movements designed to build strength, flexibility, balance, and posture with low impact intensity.
