Filters should be replaced approximately every 90 days — or sooner if you have pets. A clogged filter makes your system work harder than it needs to. With summer heat in full swing, your outdoor condenser unit is working hard. Take a few minutes to check around it — clear away any grass, leaves, or debris that may have built up. Keeping at least 2 feet of clearance around the unit helps it run efficiently. If your AC isn't cooling properly even after clearing it out, the fan may not be spinning — in that case, submit a maintenance request here: https://hubs.ly/Q04mX28Q0
