“Michelle and I were invited to the Marathon Masters Age Group World Championships in Cape Town South Africa. We both had injuries before the race and preparations were not what we planned. We both anyways finished the race, got our AGWM medals 🏅 and represented the FCRCteam with pride!”

This Memorial Day, we laced up to honor those who gave everything in service to our country. 🇺🇸 Every mile this crew logged at BolderBoulder was our way of saying thank you.

And what a showing: podium age-group finishes, gritty efforts top to bottom, and a brand-new teammate toeing the line for the first time stepping FCRC. Welcome to the squad, Dyan! 🏃‍♀️

Proud of every single one of you. 🔥
