Each week, Joe adds a fresh blend of farm-grown mint, spearmint, fennel, marigold, chamomile, hyssop, Mexican mint marigold, and tulsi basil to an ongoing blend. With every addition, the flavor deepens and color intesifies. No new sip is the same as the last.
