This summer, DEEP Impact is honored to partner with Focus Points Family Resource Center to empower youth through our Passion to Profit program.

Together, we have created a space where young people could explore career opportunities, build workplace and leadership skills, strengthen financial literacy, and, most importantly, begin to see new possibilities for their futures.

Our goal isn't just to prepare youth for a job, it's to help them develop a future-oriented mindset, recognize their potential, and believe they have the power to shape their own paths.

At DEEP Impact, we believe entrepreneurship is more than building a business, it's about building confidence, creating opportunity, and empowering young people to see what's possible.

That's why we're so proud to have completed our Passion to Profit camp in partnership with Sims-Fayola Foundation.

Throughout the program, an inspiring group of young boys transformed their passions into business ideas, learning how to identify problems, create solutions, develop brands, and present their ventures with confidence. Each participant brought unique creativity, resilience, and vision, proving that when young people are given the right tools and support, they can achieve incredible things.

Thank you to the Sims Fayola Foundation for your partnership and shared commitment to investing in youth. Together, we're helping cultivate the next generation of entrepreneurs, leaders, and changemakers.

Know a high school student who's curious, creative, or passionate about making a difference?💜

The AI Innovation Challenge is a unique five-day experience where junior and senior high school students will work alongside entrepreneurs, CEOs, and data scientists to develop AI-powered solutions addressing youth mental health.

Participants don't need prior AI or coding experience—just a willingness to learn, collaborate, and think creatively. One winning team will receive a $500 cash prize, and every participant will gain valuable mentorship and professional recommendations.

What an incredible week at our Summer Entrepreneurship Camp! 🌟

DEEP Impact was honored to partner with Sims-Fayola Foundation, Royal Mentoring Group, and NuVision to empower our middle school boys of color through our Passion to Profit: Youth Entrepreneur Workshop.

Throughout the week, students explored their unique personalities, learned the value of teamwork, and developed the skills needed to transform their ideas into viable business concepts. Today, they proudly presented their business ventures to a panel and were evaluated on multiple criteria, showcasing the hard work, creativity, and determination they demonstrated all week long.

A huge thank you to our partners, mentors, volunteers, and families for making this week a success. The future is bright, and these young entrepreneurs are just getting started! 🚀💼✨

This week at Deep Impact's Summer Entrepreneurship Camp in partnership with Sims-Fayola Foundation, our students took an important step in their entrepreneurial journey by connecting business ideas with personal values.

After completing personality tests earlier in the week, campers began brainstorming and developing businesses that align with their unique strengths and interests. Along the way, they engaged in thoughtful conversations about the values that guide their decisions, including qualities like trust, kindness, respect, responsibility, and integrity.

These discussions helped students understand that successful entrepreneurship encompasses more than just products and profits. Great businesses are built by leaders who know what they stand for and use their talents to create a positive impact in their communities.

We are proud of the creativity, self-reflection, and leadership our campers demonstrated and look forward to seeing their business ideas take shape after refining their drafts.
