Introducing CREDA Colorado—formerly NAIOP Colorado.
As of July 1, our chapter officially became the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (CREDA) Colorado, marking an exciting new chapter in our nearly 50-year history.
While our name has changed, our mission remains the same. We will continue to:
◤ Advocate for responsible commercial real estate development.
◤ Deliver education, research and industry insights.
◤ Connect the professionals shaping Colorado's communities.
Our new name better reflects the full breadth of today's commercial real estate industry while reinforcing the mission that has guided our chapter since 1976.

Food Bank of the Rockies is a staple in the Denver community for serving the underserved.
