Wow! Author proof of my book arrived today! What fun to hold a copy in my hands! June 15th publication date! ABC Ballet for YOU celebrates the beauty of diversity in body types, handicaps, races, religions and genders from the classroom to the stage as it follows a young dancer and her teacher as they review ballet terms with memorable rhyme.

From my family to yours… Happy Easter

Yesterday as I sat with some of my fellow choreographers/costume designers to discuss this upcoming show (this group is 5-9 year olds), one girl spoke up… this is my favorite show EVER, the others quickly agreed. « we get to choreograph” “and design the costumes!” “ and dance SO many dances!”

Yes, my job is the best ever. creativity! As master teacher Nenette Charisse once said to me “when you teach you give them back themselves.”
