Congratulations to our Owner, Ari Domingo, on graduating from Denver International Airport’s Business Development Training Academy (BDTA) Concourse 300!
This six-month advanced program brings together small business leaders in the AEC industry to strengthen leadership, business development, project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and long-term growth while building meaningful connections with DEN, prime partners, and fellow industry professionals.

🏗️ Project Update | 1483 N Detroit Renovations
Progress continues at our 1483 N Detroit renovation project! The team has completed a new horizontal soffit to accommodate the vent, installed required fire draft protection, and worked through ongoing field corrections.
Door and window limiters are now on order, and exterior painting is officially underway as we continue moving the project toward completion.
🚧 Project Update | CU Boulder Residence One – Bike Shelter
Progress continues at the CU Boulder Residence One Bike Shelter! Our team is currently completing landscaping, crushed stone placement, plastic edging, and bike stall installation as the project moves closer to completion.

Progress is underway at the AHEC Cherry Creek Immersive Learning Lab! Demolition is complete, and our team is moving forward with HVAC and electrical rough-ins as the space begins to take shape.

We’re excited to announce another new project for Novus Construction — the Commerce City – MSC Building B Office Remodel in Commerce City, Colorado.
Our team will be completing interior improvements including framing, drywall, painting, ceiling work, masonry openings, HVAC scope, and protection of existing finishes as the City creates additional office space within the facility.
Looking forward to getting started and delivering another successful project for the City of Commerce City.
