Last week, we explored the Channel Islands off the coast of California on a kayaking with our partners at Vytalogy Wellness. Four FD alumni joined us for the day, sharing the healing power of adventure with Vytalogy employees from their Los Angeles offices. Check out the highlights!

Every Tuesday night from July 7 through August 11, catch live music and great company on Wewatta bridge from 7:30–9:30pm. Admission is $10 with no advance tickets needed. We'll have a table all summer, so come find us and hang with the FD crew!

Our Core Program season is officially in full swing! Where are we now? We just wrapped up our first week climbing in the Adirondacks and whitewater kayaking in Missoula, MT and Hood River, OR.

This past weekend, 12 runners took on Ragnar Trail Colorado (the final year in Snowmass), covering 180 miles through late-night runs and midday heat at Rocky Mountain elevation, and raising over $4,500 for our mission.

From FD CEO Slippers running alongside his daughter and her friends who traveled across the country, to alumni, volunteers, and new supporters on the trail, this crew showed us what is all about. What a way to close out 10 years of Team FD in Snowmass! Check out the highlights.
