Behind Pendleton Woolen Mills newest American Indian College Fund blanket, "Journey", is a Native student artist whose story makes this design even more meaningful.
Belle Brings Plenty, a 2026 United Tribes Technical College graduate from the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe, created a design rooted in Lakóta symbolism, healing, love, grief, and new beginnings. Belle’s work is a beautiful reminder of the creativity and culture tribal college students carry into the world.
"Journey" is now available, with a portion of sales supporting our College Fund scholarships. ✨

Belle Brings Plenty (Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe), the 2025 Tribal College Blanket Design Competition winner, shares her story with us and the inspiration and meaning behind the design of her Journey blanket. The blanket will be the latest addition to Pendleton Woolen Mills' American Indian College Fund collection.
Journey is more than a blanket. It is a story of love, healing, and connection. Each element of the blanket carries deep meanings and honors the designer.
Belle is a tribal college graduate from United Tribes Technical College. By supporting this collection, you’re helping Native students access higher education and achieve their goals!
