As we get closer to finalizing all team selections, please review these important updates regarding tournament registration, fees, custom gear, and our upcoming practice schedule.

1. 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 & 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦: 𝐊𝐫𝐞𝐰𝐞𝐇𝐐
The NGFFL is moving away from SportsEngine. Starting with Gay Bowl XXVI, KreweHQ will be used for all tournament registration, event management, schedules, and live scoring.

𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝: Create your account ASAP using this specific link to ensure you are properly grouped under Summit: hq.ngffl.org/auth.

Steps: Select the Sign Up tab, create your account, and confirm your email via the verification link sent to you.

𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐞𝐞: $135 until July 31st. Goes up to $160 August 1.

𝐆𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐞𝐞: $60 (Required for any guests attending events).

2. 𝐃𝐞𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐅𝐞𝐞
Separate from the NGFFL registration, Summit charges a $60 per person fee for all local players. This covers practice fields, tournament tents/snacks, replacement jerseys, and tournament scholarships.

Due Date: Please pay this as soon as possible.

How to Pay: Venmo Anthony Kanas (-Kanas).

Memo: Include "Denver Summit Tournament Fee" and your Team Color.

3. 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦 𝐉𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐲𝐬 & 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬
The Jersey Purchase Form opens the evening of Monday, July 27th. You can order custom jerseys in team colors (Blue, Red, Gold, Black, Green), the Limited Edition Pride Flag jersey, or team-colored shorts.

New NGFFL Tournament & Registration Platform – ‼️

KreweHQ
Beginning with Gay Bowl XXVI, the NGFFL will no longer use SportsEngine for tournament registration or event management. 🖥️🏈

This year, the NGFFL will be using KreweHQ for Gay Bowl XXVI registration and tournament operations.

We strongly recommend creating your KreweHQ account before registration opens on July 1.

You can create your account now by visiting:

Select the Sign Up tab.

Create your account.

Confirm your email address using the verification email you'll receive.

Completing these steps before July 1 will make your registration process much faster and help avoid delays once registration opens.

If you didn't turn in your jersey after Pride Bowl please turn this in to your Captain or Austin Bohn ASAP. -- Remember, returning your jerseys help us keep costs at a minimum for future tournament participants.

We will be allowing for custom jersey orders of team jerseys (Blue, Red, Gold, Black, Green), Nuggets Rainbow Pride and (a refreshed) Pride Flag jersey after Gay Bowl team selections & will send out a notification when the option is available.
