Cavity or stain
Hi all I’m curious if this is a stain or cavity on my very back tooth.

Is this a cavity?
Both of my back molars (right) have been hurting whenever I bite down on something, but I don't really see anything that looks particularly like a cavity, aside from my tooth being kinda sunken in? (not sure how to word it). Is there another thing that could be causing the pain? Or is it most likely a cavity?

FYI I have had a filling in both my second molars

I have noticed I have tartar built up on the back of all my lower teeth, on the line that separates the teeth from gums. How bad Is this?
Never went to Dental hygienist, I am 22. I Will go for sure now but I wonder if there's some irreversibile damage here.

Zirconia crowns
I have an appointment booked for tomorrow to crown my front two teeth as I have had the fillings redone 3 times. Each time they do the fillings, it is my understanding that I am taking away tooth structure and they end up chipping as you can see. I have outlined where I think the fillings mostly are.
Based on what you see here am I making the right decision to crown?

I am worried sick as I have been fixing my teeth from child/teen neglect. I don’t want to make another wrong decision. I can’t cancel it is already too last minute but maybe I could ask to have them filled instead. I feel like I am making such a permanent decision.

The plan is to crown the two front teeth and fill each tooth on either side for shape. I am 29 years old

23F I’ve had 2 pregnancies, active smoker, mild coffee drinker. Haven’t been to the dentist sense I was 18. Plan on making an appointment, I just haven’t been able to go for a bit.

I lost insurance at 18, and didn’t get insurance until I was pregnant with my oldest at 20/21.

My back molars were filled in when I was 16, and I think they may have worn down or something because eating anything sweet hurts them, they ache from time to time, and my bottom two front teeth have what I think could be a cavity inbetween them?

I feel like my teeth have def shifted, and I’m insecure about how crooked they are. I think I have a slight overbite? And def some plaque buildup. I never floss (I know it’s important) I just don’t know how, and there’s so many opinions about what brand works and which ones don’t and it hurts when I’ve tried so I feel like I’m doing it wrong.

I was never taught how to take care of my teeth, my mom was more serious about bullying me than teaching me how to care for myself. I don’t even know how to properly take care of my hair, so I either have it in two braids or keep it in a bun/pony.

It’s embarrassing honestly, but I’d really just like some opinions so I know what to possibly prepare myself for.

Looking for some opinions before I go in so I’m not as anxious for what I might be told. Please help. 🙏

I’m 19 and I’m very scared to go the dentist I want my teeth to be healthy enough so I can join the military i used to drink a unhealthy amount of soda and that’s just caused my teeth to just keep rotting are my front teeth too messed up to be fixed and also if there’s a dentist who knows roughly how much this is going to cost I’m using my parents military insurance
