But, they are writing history. They are seeing, stopping, and spending time with people that no one else ever has, bringing the message of Jesus up-close. The Forge Laborership movement is multiplying above ground, and even underground – not only in the U.S., but in places like Europe, South America, Asia, and Africa! And in places perhaps more familiar to you, innumerable laborers are extraordinarily impacting their families, workplaces, schools, and communities, as they have been equipped to engage their everyday spheres of influence! These ordinary laborers have answered the heart-cry of Jesus for more harvest-hands and are now entrepreneurially utilizing their uniqueness to meet people at their point of need, everywhere they go. While Jesus said, “the harvest is plentiful but the laborers are few,” we believe His prayer request for more laborers is being answered as hundreds of thousands of people are embracing the call to impact the world around them… the Laborers are increasing! Clearly, God has graciously and powerfully poured out His favor as Forge has preached to more than 3.25 million people worldwide and seen about 1 million decisions made to follow Jesus and engage His mission. Yet we believe the mission is far from over. Forge will continue to fuel a movement of laborers, seeking to fulfill the great commission, until everyone everywhere has heard of Jesus and encountered His love!

That’s not wishful thinking. It’s a promise about how God sends you into whatever comes next.

Four decades in, and God is still calling ordinary people to Himself.
After a several-year process of prayerful discernment, the Forge Board has divided the Forge CEO/President role into two positions: Dwight Robertson continues as Forge CEO and Founder, and Charlie Marq—raised up inside this very mission—has been appointed Forge President.
The baton continues passing into new hands, but the vision for Forge’s future?
It’s not changing.
It’s only growing—expanding for ever-widening impact!
