He’ll be joining our kitchen during brunch service, wearing his own chef’s coat, and having every moment captured on film 🎥 a cooking show of his very own, filled with the joy he finds in the kitchen and the family who fills it with him 🫶⁠

We’re serving up Nic’s Wish Dish for one day only in his honor 🍒🧇 a Sweet Corn Waffle with Caramel Corn Custard & Colorado Cherry Maple Syrup. ⁠
