How to Safely Bottle Feed a Kitten?

This African island is full of cats!
Lamu Island is a remote island in Kenya with no cars and only one vet clinic--but that doesn't stop them from helping the island's many cats. It was amazing to work with the trappers from Lamu Animal Welfare Clinic, who are doing phenomenal work keeping the population managed and the cats cared for.

Rescued mama pig & baby piglet talking to each other!
Even though we typically care for orphans (kittens, piglets and puppies!), I do think it's important to understand the mother-baby relationship for each species you raise when caring for babies. This video of our former foster pig shows why we always talk to our baby piglets! Right now we are fostering two orphaned piglets, Liam and Olivia, and we talk to each other all the time.
Buster & Lucille, pictured in this video, were adopted by a loving family a few years ago. :)
