Please, let us never judge a man by his cover, nor assume that he is simply "good". Remember to always "check in" before someone decides to "check out"! 👍🙏👊🛡
You cannot fully know the man you are until you understand the environment that taught you how to become him.
Who raised you?
What did you have to become to belong?
What emotions were welcomed—and which ones weren’t?
What did you learn about vulnerability, strength, love, conflict, & being a man?
Your patterns didn’t come from nowhere. Understanding where they came from isn’t about blaming your past. It’s about acknowledgment, recognition, and developing the awareness to decide what stays and what gets left behind!
Know yourself. Understand what shaped you. Then choose what happens next!
Last year, we gathered men for a day of connection, conversation, brotherhood, and action. This year, we’re doing it again! 🔥👊

The September 11th attacks killed 2,977 victims in New York City, Washington D.C., and outside Shanksville, Pennsylvania. There were 184 deaths at the Pentagon and 40 on United Airlines Flight 93. The attacks led to over 6,000 injuries, and the long-term impacts included thousands of deaths from subsequent 9/11-related illnesses and significant health struggles for survivors and first responders.
These are not numbers; they were people. Hearts, minds, and souls. Husbands, wives, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and cousins. They had spouses, family, children, friends, neighbors, houses, communities, churches, etc.
Let us never forget the awesome power of love within humanity, and yet acknowledge the unbelievably destructive power of evil. The world still needs Gentlemen, Heroes, & Warriors!

Based on statistics regarding child abuse, self-abuse, and spousal abuse, most occurrences trace back to ill health in men. BeMen’s equation to heal society is this:
men get healthier inside = women become physically safer = traditional partnerships remain intact = children grow up in a healthy environment = more functioning adults
Better Men = A Better World!
