Denver's dining scene continues to be top class with the announcement of the 2026 MICHELIN Guide Colorado!
The MICHELIN Guide has recognized 37 Denver restaurants that showcase the culinary diversity found throughout the Mile High City. This year's guide includes one new restaurant to receive their MICHELIN star, two new Bib Gourmand distinctions and four new Recommended spots!
Congrats to the newest inductees:
One MICHELIN Star: Milpero
MICHELIN Bib Gourmand: Pig and Tiger, Rougarou
MICHELIN Recommended: Dear Emilia, Florence Supper Club, Heretík and Madeline
