Energy Outreach Colorado, the organization that provides utility bill assistance, is currently out of Xcel Energy funding for the next two months. Denver Inner City Parish cannot provide bill assistance for Xcel users.

Bill assistance for Xcel accounts will resume on October 1, 2026.

To assist households wih past-due Xcel Energy bills during August and September, EOC has partnered with Xcel Energy to assist eligible participants with past due balances and enrollment in a monthly credit program called the Percent of Income Payment Plan (PIPP). Please apply directly through EOC’s online PIPP application.
