Thank you to Congressman Mike Turner for joining us at the Rockdell Villas ribbon cutting, an event held during Supportive Housing Week.

Developed byOberer Management Services in partnership with TCN Behavioral Health, Rockdell Villas is a new 40-unit supportive housing community in Greene County designed to serve individuals experiencing homelessness. The community includes four fully accessible units, a community room, laundry facilities, outdoor picnic areas, and green space, all paired with supportive services that help residents achieve long-term housing stability and success.

Supportive Housing Week highlights how supportive housing works in communities by bringing together housing providers, residents, and policymakers to see the impact firsthand. We’re very thankful for TCN for showcasing how supportive housing is a proven solution that helps people achieve stability.

Thank you to Mayor Craig Greenberg, Rep. Morgan McGarvey, and Robin Taylor, State Director for U.S. Senator Mitch McConnell, for joining us at the Monarch Station ribbon cutting in Louisville, KY! We're proud this event was included as part of Supportive Housing Week.

And thank you to Volunteers of America Mid-States for developing Monarch Station, bringing 80 affordable apartments to Louisville's Meriwether neighborhood, including 20 units reserved for individuals who have experienced chronic homelessness. Residents have access to supportive services to help connect them with healthcare, employment, and other resources that support long-term housing stability.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to showcase how supportive housing works in local communities and the real impact it has on helping people achieve stability and long-term success.

This week, members of Congress and their staff visited supportive housing communities across the country to hear from residents and providers about what this work means in people's lives.
