As we continue to celebrate AEFL week, let's talk about impact.

When an adult gains new skills, earns a credential, or learns English, the impact doesn't stop with them. It reaches their kids, their household, their whole community. Investing in adult education strengthens the workforce, supports healthier communities, and helps break cycles of intergenerational poverty.

This is why the work matters, and why it's worth celebrating this week and every week.
