Our July Barre Star:

Meet our Barre Star! 💛 She’ll be celebrating one year at Pivot in August and recently crushed her 100th class!🎉

Her favorite class? Sculpt (especially with !) for the perfect mix of cardio and barre. When she’s not in the studio, you’ll find her soaking up the sun at Wash Park, exploring Denver’s restaurant scene, or checking another country off her travel bucket list. 🌎☀️

Her advice for anyone thinking about trying barre: Don’t be intimidated! Our instructors and community are here to help every step of the way. 💕

And if you ever catch her at karaoke, just know she’ll be singing Neon Moon by Brooks & Dunn. 🎤🤠

We can’t believe it’s been TWO YEARS of Pivot already!!!! Thank you to everyone who makes our studio the community that it is. We are so immensely grateful for everyone, we would not be here without you!

We hope you will join us for our anniversary celebration. After our Saturday classes on the 25th, we will be joined by Dr. Brit Harmon from for an hour session on women’s health & mobility (bring questions!). Afterwards, we will have a celebration with light drink and snacks to show our love and appreciation. The link to sign up will be added to the links in our bio! 💃🩵

Introducing our June Barre Star: !!

Patti has been part of the Pivot community since the very beginning, and we are so grateful for her positivity, dedication, and support she brings to every class🩵

After moving to Colorado during COVID, Patti was looking for a workout that would help her stay strong, healthy, and connected to a community. Since finding Pivot, she’s gained strength, balance, confidence, and even recently learned that her muscle strength is in the Excellent range!!

Thank you Patti for inspiring all of us to keep showing up and challenging ourselves!!💃🏻

This weekend, a few of our Pivot ladies took Casa Bonita. We had so much fun! Love our Pivot girls inside & outside the studio!🩵🤍🩵🤍
