Aspiring Co. is here to remind you to chase your dreams relentlessly and to inspire you when you feel like giving up. We are telling the stories of women who are fighting everyday to pursue a life of meaning. We share stories biweekly on Mondays-- because we all know that is when we need the most motivation ;)

OH! and we also used to be called Speaking of Everything, so you might see that throughout our site and our social media.

Today, on the anniversary of Harriet Tubman's passing, we honor not only her legacy of liberation but also the vital need for rest in the lives of Black women. The National Day of Rest for Black Women is a reminder that rest is resistance—an act of reclaiming time, joy, and well-being in a world that often demands so much without giving enough in return.

🖤 To Black women: If you can, take a breath, take a break, and prioritize yourself. Rest is not a luxury; it’s a necessity. And if stepping away isn’t an option, find a moment—big or small—to be intentional about your rest.

✊🏾 To allies: Support this movement in real ways. Buy a Black woman a coffee, help a coworker take a break, or simply acknowledge and appreciate the unseen labor Black women do every day.

Rest is a radical act. Let’s honor Harriet’s legacy by uplifting and supporting each other. ✨
