Obsessed with these new Taylor Swift songs, thankful that AI can't take my job π, and feeling meh about social media atm π bc IDK what to do to actually reach my chocolate lover friends & audience anymore. I'm not a content creator, just your average, Asian-woman-small-business owner-chocolatier-in Denver trying to juggle all the thingsβοΈ. My life isn't perfect, but I'm glad my chocolates are...at least I hope they are ππ€
Anyways, I'm headed to Waymire Dome to set up for the Colorado Dragon Boat for their Regatta Night Market π I'll be inside the dome with π«, being your cooler bags & ice packs π§ for what hopefully is the last hot π« day of the year π€

Getting ready for the holidays! I already received a request for my Advent Calendars π€― which I usually release in October, but should I release pre-orders earlier?!? You tell me π. I am currently in the process of making Advent Calendar bonbons like this one, and plan on releasing π― calendars π€.
I am so glad it's finally starting to cool down π Fall and Winter are my favorite times of the year bc I love wearing boots, leggings, & tunic tops π while watching the leaves change colors π. What's your favorite time of the year?
My Saturdays between now and Christmas are practically filled, so make sure to check my Events Calendar so you know where to find me for your holiday gifts π₯°.
My last Sept pop-up is this Saturday 9/26 in Brighton for the Colorado Dragon Boat π Regatta Night Market! I'll be inside the dome with all the π« treats!
See you soon My Chocolate Lover Friends! π«Ά

It's finally starting to cool down here in Denver π I know I've been a bit quiet, the past 3 weeks have been a blur with my husband's family & then my family being in town. I feel like summer was compressed into those 3 weeks π
. Since it's been so hot I've been doing smaller batches, fighting the heat in my kitchen π« and trying not to melt.
Being in a commercial space this summer has been a challenge with the heat, freezers not cooperating, flooding, but so has this year. I know with rising gas & grocery prices, it's been hard to splurge on things like chocolate, but I am grateful to those of you who can & have π«Ά. Even if you can't, sharing about small businesses like mine helps so much too π₯° and I appreciate the emotional support.
I'll be at the Loveland Chocolate π« & Cheese π§ Colorado Chocolate & Cheese Fests this Saturday at The Ranch! When you enter, I'll be to your left along the wall, so make sure you swing by for samples, refills, & I'll have my 6pc Halloween π bonbon boxes available! You can still get tickets online or at the door, just check out their page for the link π.
Shipping will open in October once it gets cooler. I've also decided I'll probably scale back on summer markets. No more outdoor ones bc it's just too hot π₯΅. I'll still have my shop open on Second Fridays from 4-7pm & at least one Saturday, but I'll be doing more markets & pop-ups between Oct-May for all the "chocolate heavy" holidays & use summer to take a break & stock up for the holidays π€
Can't wait to see you in Loveland this weekend! π

Still here π just planning for the rest of the year, stocking up on bonbons, working half days to go home early to clean my house & socialize my new kittens πΊ, doing pop-ups, and trying not to melt π« in this heat π₯΅
Here's where to find me this weekend in Denver & Arvada:
π« Friday 7/10 - CCP Kitchen 5475 Peoria St. Bldg 2-101, Denver | 4-7pm w/
π· Saturday 7/11 - 7513 Grandview Ave, Arvada, CO 80002 | 5-8pm
Please bring your cooler bags & ice packs π§ so your chocolate doesn't melt outside or in your car!
On a completely random side note π I finally got my new ebike! π π² And I've ridden it once I to work so far, and it was so much faster and more enjoyable to do π. So thanks to those who shared their experiences! I ended up getting the Fold Plus in mango π₯ so it's like a bright yellow-orange-ish color. I liked the fact that it folds, is step through (easier to mount), and has brake lights & blinkers.
Anyways, hope to see you at a pop-up this weekend / this month π€π. Don't melt! π«

Peanut Butter Cups are now available in both dark & milk chocolate shells π...tbh these are my weakness π
I'm always tempted to be get the cheap Reese's PB cups, even though I know they are super disappointing π (don't worry, I never do) so I caved and got some new moulds - what I consider the "classic PB cup shape" and decided to make my own π€€. These have honey roasted peanuts, crunchy peanut butter mixed with a little bit of white chocolate, wrapped in milk or dark chocolate, & topped with a honey roasted peanut π₯...they are bigger than my bonbons, a perfect two bites of crunchy, chocolatey, peanut butter perfection!
I know I've been a bit quiet on here, I've been taking some time off, went to Vermont & Montreal for a wedding & mini vacay. Trying to enjoy the slower chocolate months. I'm still here, you can still order chocolate π«, I have a few more pop-ups this month, and more starting next month, but chocolate doesn't really sell when it's 90Β°F+ outside π« , but I'm stocking up on making caramels, bars, & of course bonbons for whenever you're in the mood for a little treat π
June Pop-ups:
π« Thur. 6/18 - β’ 4-7pm
ποΈ Sat. 6/20 - Kitchen w/ β’ 10-2pm β’ 5475 Peoria St. Bldg 2-101, Denver
Totally unrelated, but my husband and I might be adopting πΊπΊ soon π
. We lost one of our senior cats πΏ recently, and went to a cat cafe just to pet them...of course found 2 that stole our hearts and we placed an application bc we figured why not. Welp, we're going again to visit them tonight to make sure they are the ones π€. Also, I rode my bike π² into work 2x already, but I'm looking into ebikes π so if you have knowledge on getting an ebike, pls lmk. I did test ride one today and it was sooo nice π, it actually makes me want to ride more, even in this π₯΅ weather, but your girl needs more exercise and I'm sure it'll work out my 𦡠s π

π Yuzu ganache + Feuilltine crust + updated design π all wrapped in a white chocolate shell
Thank you for the birthday π wishes last Sunday π₯°! Turned 37 and spent the actual day not thinking about work for once π
I've been taking more breaks, still trying to recover from burnout & giving my hands a chance to heal π
. They get super stiff from holding the moulds to paint & shell, I feel like I'm probably going to have arthritis π₯²
Been planning out production for the rest of the year, working on new things, while restocking favorites. Summer tends to be slower for sales & chocolate in general bc it's so hot π₯΅ and melts so easily, but I'm hoping to take the "extra" time to plan ahead and try to enjoy the every day life as much as I can.
Last event this month is the Havana Night Market this Saturday, May 30th from 6-10pm in the .co parking lot. I'll have my own tent this time. Don't forget your cooler bags & ice π§ packs, and empty boxes to refill.
I'll have my Pecan Crunch bites available too! π€
Starting next month, I'll be opening up my kitchen "shop" every Second Friday from 4-7pm, so you can walk-in & grab chocolate π« after work for the weekend in addition to opening one Saturday a month from 10-2pm βΊοΈ
Hope to see you soon my Chocolate Lover Friends! π«Ά
