Once it’s in the air, those details get a lot harder to reach... so we take our time on the ground.

A road case label may seem like a small detail.

On a busy show site, it tells the crew what is inside, where it belongs, and how it should move through prep, load-in, and return.

A dependable handoff starts before anyone opens the case.

Happy Birthday to Kevin Spavento!

Kevin has been part of Encompass for several years, working his way from the warehouse into his role as Inventory Specialist. His attention to detail shows up everywhere, from perfectly labeled cases and straight barcodes to making sure every piece of gear leaves the warehouse ready for show site.

For Kevin, the best part is hearing that all that preparation made a difference for our Field Techs and clients. That pride in getting the little things right is a big part of what makes him such an important part of the team.

Outside of work, you’ll probably find Kevin at a music festival, with Lost Lands holding the top spot. Help us wish Kevin a very happy birthday!
