Accruit is looking for a Product Manager to join our growing Product & Operations team and help shape the future of 1031 exchange technology.

As we continue a ground-up transformation of EMP, this is an opportunity to play a key role in:
• Owning major components of the product roadmap
• Leading strategic product initiatives from concept through delivery
• Partnering with Development, UX, Business Analysis and Customer Success
• Identifying innovative ways to improve workflows and user experiences
• Exploring the application of AI/ML to modernize productivity software
• Turning user needs and business goals into impactful product solutions

We’re looking for an experienced product leader with 5–7 years of software product management experience, strong Agile and user-story development skills, and a passion for solving complex problems through technology.
