We love how this couple flipped the script on their guests with a reception full of vintage style. ✨ It was such a fun departure from their ceremony and cocktail hour, while still feeling completely true to their style.

There’s something pretty satisfying about seeing the colored shapes in our layout software come off the screen and take their place in the real world.
Every bar, stage, lounge, table and custom element starts as part of a plan and then install day turns that plan into an actual space.
And from above, you really get to see it all come together.

So many custom elements for a wedding that truly didn’t hold back on the details. ✨
From the deep green bar with matching backbar and stage front to the custom dance floor, every piece was designed to carry the look seamlessly through the reception, complementing the dining details and incredible florals.
Such a fun one to bring to life in an already unforgettable setting.

Saddle up and say howdy to a gathering with a little Western soul.
This corporate gathering featured a little bit of everything to welcome guests to historic Colorado. Wild florals weave through earth-toned environmental pieces, while statement pieces like our graphic X-frame es**rt card wall to the unforgettable disco horse brought a playful edge to it all.
As the sun slips behind the mountains, find yourself settling deeper into plush lounge seating while you connect with colleagues and friends.
The perfect ending? Colorado stars overhead and a valley full of lights below.

Italian inspired summer set against a distinctly Colorado kind of magic.
Last month, we got to bring our client’s citrus soaked color palette and bold custom printed elements to life, creating a scene that was funky, fresh, and unapologetically fun.
Custom graphics swept across the bar, back bar, and dance floor, while bouclé sofas, fringed umbrellas, florals, and patterned pillows brought thoughtful layers of texture to every vignette.
All of this to simply try and keep up with the towering red rocks of Garden of the Gods, creating the kind of backdrop no design could ever replicate.

Your agenda may need to feel buttoned up, but your space deserves a little personality. We're here to turn your corporate message into a real world experience that feels unmistakably yours.
We take the expected, conference seating, training sessions, educational programming, and reimagine it with a pulse. So when your outreach needs impact, the environment shouldn't just hold the conversation. It should give guests a new way to connect with it.
Reinvented with color, texture, branding, and unexpected moments that keep guests engaged. Rows of chairs can become a design moment. Breakouts can feel immersive. Brand education can unfold in a space guests actually want to explore.
Ask how Bear can help you find your plot twist.

Are you ready for your glow up?
In the right hands, neon can be playful without losing its polish. We love when events come alive with electric color, neon accents, and fully saturated elements. Sometimes the most elegant choice you can make is the one no one sees coming.
So tell us, what if your next event turned the brightness all the way up?

When all of your custom details speak the same language, your entire event comes to life.
From a bold 10' Circular Backdrop to a custom SEAMLESS 360* bar, this was a fun space to turn into a one of a kind experience.
