Globeville Riverfront Art Center (GRACe) We have studios/creative offices ranging is size from 50 sq ft to 1000 sq ft and more.
Globeville Riverfront Art Center (GRACe) is home to as many as 80 visual artists working in a variety of media (painting, fiber, photography, ceramics, mixed media, printmaking, jewelry, illustration, etc) as well as creative businesses including web design, interior design, floral & event planning services, and more. Our goal is to provide a clean, safe, and affordable environment for people to work on their artistic passions/endeavors while fostering a sense of community among creatives. All are on month-to-month leases and rent includes 24/7 access, all utilities & WiFi. But we offer so much more than a space to create. We are a community, with artists and creative businesses collaborating, outdoor art markets, participation in the River North Art District First Fridays and Open Studio tours, and the option to display your work in our 1500 sq ft gallery. We are located along the South Platte River Bike Path, so commuting by bike (or even a bike ride break) is a breeze. We also have community chickens (fresh eggs!), a bee-hive, and plans for a community garden on site. We are even dog friendly to friendly dogs!

Join us on Friday, September 18th (6:30–8:30 PM) for a formal reception and birthday celebration honoring artist and pastor Larissa Romero () at the Globeville Riverfront Art Center Gallery (GRACe).
In special alignment with Hispanic Heritage Month, this exhibition features Romero’s latest capsule collection alongside a wider survey of her selected works. Moving from the violent machinery of capitalist expansion to a darkened sanctuary of lament and righteous action, Romero’s “painted prayers” fuse the maternal agony of the Mother Mary with La Llorona and the defiant shout of Chavela Vargas and Frida Kahlo—transforming passive mourning into a furious battle cry for living justice.
Come for the art, stay for the community, sparkling cider, and birthday cake! 🎂🥂
