Lunch at Top of the Hyatt was the perfect start to this adventure. And when we finished sailing, Sally's was waiting with a happy hour that gave everyone a proper spot to wrap up the day.​

Today, we're celebrating 5 years with Brian Bjorkman! ​

Throughout his time at Unbridled, Brian has consistently proven he's someone you can rely on. ​

On a recent program, his creative expertise led him to suggest a signage plan that transformed the attendee experience. For another event, he stepped up as the lead print designer handling both coordination and installation. ​

Brian's confidence when presenting ideas and his gift for building meaningful partnerships make him a prime example of what it means to be Unbridled. ​

Brian, thank you for 5 years. Here's to many more! ​

Unbridled at Sea is our annual chance to express appreciation for our clients. A full day aboard a yacht sailing out of San Diego, soaking up the sun with all the people who help us create extraordinary work! ​

Recently, our team got to spend the day volunteering at Kate’s Shots & Shenanigans annual golf tournament in Massachusetts.​

The tournament celebrates the life of Kate Arpano who was diagnosed with a terminal form of brain cancer called DIPG at the age of 5. Kate loved bringing people together, playing jokes, and a good giggle – and that is what the “Shenanigans” on the course are all about.​

We are always grateful to spend time supporting this event that raises money for pediatric brain cancer research. Thank you to everyone who showed up and looking forward to more shenanigans in Kate’s memory next year.​

Today we're celebrating 15 years with Ginna Huston, our Account Payable Manager! ​

Ginna has been one of the most reliable and dedicated people at Unbridled for the past 15 years. Her diligence, attention to detail, flexibility, and willingness to jump in have been the foundation for the projects we take on. Gina’s character and work ethic encapsulate the Unbridled spirit, and we couldn’t be more honored to have her on our team.​

One of the things that made this trip so special was our approach to gifting. We did multiple gifting touchpoints throughout the incentive journey to ensure every guest felt seen. ​
​
We gifted a Royce Leather passport to everyone who qualified for the trip. After registration, we sent out Sony wireless headphones for the long flight ahead. ​

This was just the beginning. ​
​
During the trip, we had a make-your-own fragrance gifting experience. There was also a store with Majorica pearls, bracelets, and Antonio Garcia hats. Everyone was able to take what they wanted home!​
​
That’s the key with gifting on incentives: making people feel seen and giving them a fun memento to remember the trip. ​

Today we're celebrating Allison Dykstra, Kaylie Aubel, and Rachel Phillips. All marking 5 years with Unbridled!​

From creative to strategy, Allison is someone you can rely on for strong leadership on all aspects of a project. ​

Kaylie can organize an entire program in her head and still leads with the unreasonable hospitality we’re proud of.​

Rachel can help organize flights from every direction all around the world and deliver with immaculate care and attention to detail.​

Last but not least, a shopping experience for the top producers where we offered Uno de 50 bracelets, Majorica pearls and Antonio Garcia hats from Spain.​

What better place to start the trip than in Algarve, Portugal!​

Some highlights from Algarve were a "cork" pop-up shop and a jeep ride into the countryside. Then, to truly get a taste of what the Algarve has to offer we participated in an orange juice-making challenge and visited the Monterosa olive oil farm. ​
