Cooking Up Better Lives was founded by the foodservice buying group, Excell Foodservice Equipment Dealer Network in 2007. In collaboration with dealer and vendor members of Excell and Nissco, Cooking Up Better Lives seeks to improve the functionality, efficiency and value of community-based non-profit programs. It is the vision that shelters, homes, hospitals and other community-based entities in need of foodservice products or funds, have the opportunity to receive and leverage such contributions. Cooking Up Better Lives provides an organized and national coordinating body for the foodservice industry to streamline, leverage and market – giving opportunities to those most in need. Ultimately, our dealer and vendor members around the nation advance in corporate good and social responsibility.
