Bourbon steeped in hibiscus for that wild-eyed, ruby-red charm. This guy, Chicory, is a little bitter, a little mysterious. Finished with a gender fluid because this drink, like its namesake, refuses to be pinned down.
Hell of an old fashioned riff, I reckon.

Rachel Herrod You are an icon, an incredible bartender, and above all, a *fu***ng delight*. You’ve left fingerprints all over Occidental- on the bar and on our hearts. You had the guts to grow, to stand up, and to let them kids hear your voice: “IT IS LAST CALL!!”. If that didn’t work, you had no problem promising to “yeet them to the moon”- a threat that, somehow, always gets people moving.

You’ve got the heart of 13 giants and the lung capacity to match. Your joy and charisma poured through this bar the way you poured everything else- generously, if slightly over the line. You are creative, caring, hilarious, and somehow we have to carry on without you.

You’ve made this team better just by being on it, and we’re so lucky we got to work alongside you. We’re gonna miss you like crazy- go be great, and don’t be a stranger.
