The name CIRCLE reflects our commitment to our work. “Connecting Inclusive, Responsive Communities Leading Education” is more than just a name. It is a values statement that guides our work as we plan each and every event, speaker, and workshop. The CIRCLE promotes a commitment to diversity and inclusiveness and moves beyond celebrations and awareness by intentionally approaching specific issues that surround inclusiveness in a multifaceted approach by exploring opportunities, knowledge, and skills. As our leaders continue to plan this year’s workshops, we can’t help but reflect on all the workshops that have been done over the years. Take a look at a few from last year’s conference! The level of creativity and thoughtfulness blows us away every year!

Before diving into workshop planning, our leaders put in the work to create a shared understanding of social justice, leadership, and other important topics. We can’t wait to see how our amazing leaders apply this knowledge to their workshops!
