Sweater weather, meet Corcoran's October A-List. 🍂
A Windermere, Florida estate hides a secret lounge up a limestone staircase, and a Central Park West penthouse has a terrace bar built for sunset Manhattans. Our own 1906 Denver Square in City Park made the cut, too. Twelve homes, plenty of places to hibernate.

Broncos are back on their home turf again for Week 3 SNF, taking on the Rams. 🧡🏈
This week: Burnham Yard, the Broncos' new stadium address, targeted for 2031.
The Denver & Rio Grande Railway opened the rail yard in 1871 to build and repair the locomotives and railcars for a network that would eventually reach Utah and Durango. By the late 1800s it employed nearly a thousand workers, and by 1917 that reach stretched 2,489 miles across Colorado and Utah. It was also notably integrated well before that was common, and women and Black employees joined in far greater numbers during World War II. The yard finally fell silent in 2016, when Union Pacific shut it down for good.

We had the pleasure of having a happy hour with our neighbor The Den Store - Comforts of Home down the street. We laughed, we explored, and we had a blast. Thanks for having us, what an amazing store!

Broncos are home for Week 2 against the Jaguars. 🧡🏈
Home games get their own tour this season: Home Turf, a closer look at the Denver neighborhoods tied to the Broncos.
This week: Jefferson Park. Before it belonged to Denver, it was its own separate town, founded in 1873 as a dry, straight-laced alternative to the city's saloons and vice. Denver's mayor eventually forced the merger in 1896 by refusing to run water and sewer lines unless Jefferson Park agreed to annex.
Gameday spot: Jefferson Park Pub, a low-key neighborhood bar for anyone who wants the game without the LoDo crowds.
