Professional Case Management
PCM is the nation’s premier home care provider for nuclear weapons and uranium workers. CWP is a division of PCM.
Professional Case Management (PCM) is the nation’s premier homecare provider for nuclear weapons and uranium workers. Since 2001, PCM has been the leading provider of home health services to beneficiaries under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA) and the Radiation Exposure Compensation Act (RECA). Our mission is to deliver quality care to enhance patient outcomes in the privacy and comfort of their own homes. Committed to supporting nuclear weapons and uranium workers, we created Cold War Patriots (CWP), the leading community resource organization to advocate for these workers. PCM Trials is also a division of PCM, a service that provides in-home nursing services for clinical trials.

As part of Month, we shine a light on former nuclear weapons and uranium workers whose careers placed them in environments with harmful substances—often without clear information about the risks to their health.
Ovarian cancer is a covered condition under the Special Exposure Cohort (SEC). This classification acknowledges presumed radiation exposure at certain facilities, helping eligible workers access federal medical benefits and financial compensation through EEOICPA without undergoing radiation dose reconstruction.
If you or a family member has a history of work in the nuclear or uranium industry, you may qualify for assistance. Learn more here: https://tinyurl.com/4zyt5uw4
