It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our friend and colleague, Jason Kuklinski.

Jason was much more than a valued member of the Norris Design team—he was a trusted leader, mentor, collaborator, and friend. Through his talent and dedication, he made a lasting impact on our projects, our clients, and everyone fortunate enough to work alongside him.

From land acquisition and project approvals to sales and marketing, our digital renderings, photo composites, animations, and multimedia productions help clients visualize, refine, and promote projects at every stage. Here are a few highlights of our work.

Did you know Norris Design also creates landscape architecture for custom homes? This month's featured project, the Kogan Residence in Arizona, was designed in collaboration with DeBartolo Architects and blends luxury living with the beauty of the Sonoran Desert. Nestled into the mountainside with views of Pinnacle Peak, the landscape seamlessly integrates native desert plantings with thoughtful enhancements, creating a home that feels naturally rooted in its surroundings.

The Austin office of Norris Design was proud to attend the Grand Opening of the Zipp Family Sports Complex on June 9th, with the City of New Braunfels! We are excited to see this place become a vital part of New Braunfels for many years to come.

As the Prime Consultant for the Design Team, we participated in the official festivities along with fellow consultant teammates - Walker Partners, BRS, Cox McLain Environmental Consulting, Picket Kelm & Associates and EEA Consulting Engineers to celebrate with the many other stakeholders and City officials who provided the leadership and vision for this idea to realize such a fantastic result.

Our Phoenix office is proud to showcase three standout multifamily communities: The Quincy, Novel Val Vista, and The Beverly. From innovative rooftop amenities and enhanced streetscapes to vibrant courtyards and thoughtfully curated landscapes, each project reflects a unique design approach. Together, they demonstrate how great design can elevate resident experiences and create lasting value for the communities they serve.

Another incredible Builders for Babies Distribution Day is in the books! The Norris Design team, together with partners across the homebuilding and construction industry, distributed more than 1 million diapers and countless wipes to 70 care providers across Colorado.

Our Austin team hit the course this week for the annual Austin BUILT tournament in support of Austin Sunshine Camps, joining industry partners and community leaders for a great cause. Team members Matthew Taylor and Connor Jones were joined by our friends at Meritage Homes and Century Communities, Armando Rueda and Tu-Anh Cloteaux, for a memorable day on the greens.
