With much of the market made up of buildings from a similar era, the differentiators often come down to amenities, views, floor plates, parking and the investment landlords are willing to make in their properties.

The headline vacancy number doesn’t tell the full story of the Denver Tech Center.
The southeast suburban office market spans roughly 40 million square feet with vacancy around 20%. But for Class A space, vacancy is closer to 6%, painting a very different picture of demand at the top of the market.
As companies continue to prioritize quality buildings, strong locations, views and amenities, the gap between the broader office market and the most desirable spaces is becoming increasingly important.

Every swing had a purpose. ⛳
Andy Cullen represented TRE at the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado Big Impact Golf Classic, joining Sean Campbell, Jason Hansen and Eric Hiraga for a day on the course in support of youth mentorship across Colorado.
Proceeds from the Big Impact Golf Classic go towards recruiting and training volunteer mentors, supporting Big and Little matches, and expanding career-readiness programs that prepare Colorado youth for what's next.
Thank you to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado for creating opportunities that extend far beyond the golf course.

Congratulations to Andy on being named the recipient of the 2026 Irvin F. Westheimer Award for Visionary Leadership from Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado.
For nearly a decade, Andy has dedicated his time as a Board Chair, mentor, advocate and fundraiser, helping advance the organization's mission to create one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth. His leadership has strengthened the organization, expanded its impact and helped create life-changing opportunities for young people across Colorado.
