We're hiring! American Radiator is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Des Moines.

If you like helping people find the right part, building relationships with customers, and staying busy, this could be a great fit. You'll work with truck, ag, and construction customers by phone, email, and in person to help keep their equipment running.

What we're looking for:
- Experience in sales, customer service, or parts sales
- Comfortable with CRM software and Excel
- Great communication skills and attention to detail
- Heavy-duty truck or equipment knowledge is a plus, but we're happy to teach the right person

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

No DPF/DOC experience? We'll train you. Bring the work ethic — we'll bring the know-how.

You'll learn to clean, service, and recore DPF/DOC filters, run our emissions cleaning equipment and ovens, and build a real, specialized skill in heavy-duty diesel. It's shop work (no CDL needed), alongside a crew who will actually show you the ropes.

If you're mechanically inclined, dependable, and ready to learn something most people don't know how to do, we want to hear from you.

Please note: this is shop-based filter and equipment work. You will not be working directly on trucks.
