☀️ Today is all about YOU. ☀️

Yesterday is done. Today is a fresh start, and you get to decide what it looks like.

So here's our question for you: What's one thing you're going to do differently today to make your life better than it was yesterday?

It doesn't have to be big. Maybe it's making that phone call you've been putting off. Drinking more water. Going to a meeting. Taking a walk. Reaching out to someone who's been on your mind. Or simply being a little kinder to yourself.

Small steps add up. Every choice you make today is building the life you want tomorrow. 💪

Drop your answer in the comments 👇 We'd love to cheer you on, and your answer might be exactly what someone else needs to read today.

You're not doing this alone. We're here with you, one day at a time. 💙

Looking to land a job or level up your career? RISE’s L.E.A.R.N. program is here to help you every step of the way—from pre-employment prep to support after you're hired! 💼✨

We know getting job-ready takes more than just a resume. To help cover the gaps along your journey, we can assist with:
🚌 Interview bus passes

🧼 Hygiene kits

👔 Referrals for interview clothing

Come on down and let us help you get employed! Stop by today or send us a message to get started. 🙌

Our Little Red Food Pantry is running low, and we're asking for your help.

The pantry is open to anyone who needs it, no questions asked. For a lot of our neighbors, it's the difference between eating and going without. Right now the shelves are close to bare.

We accept dry, shelf-stable items only:
🥫 Canned soups and stews
🫘 Canned or dried beans
🍝 Pasta, noodles, rice
🥣 Boxed meals, oatmeal, cereal
🥜 Peanut butter, canned vegetables and fruit

No perishables, no refrigerated or frozen items, and please check expiration dates.

Recovery isn't a race.

When you're looking at everything you want to fix, it's tempting to try to fix it all today. The job. The paperwork. The relationships. The time you feel like you lost. Your mind runs out ahead of you, and before long you're carrying next month's problems on top of today's.

You don't have to do that.

Take the one thing in front of you and handle it. Then look up and see what's next. The hurdle after this one will still be there when you get to it, and you'll be stronger by the time you do.

Be patient with yourself. It comes in time.
