Recently, The Bayshore on Hilton Head Island hosted a American Red Cross Blood Drive alongside partners Coastal Care Partners, LLC and Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Bluffton. At Dallas Retirement Village, resident volunteers are bringing creativity and compassion together through a meaningful tradition. what begins as a hobby can become something much greater. In the Hobby Center, residents craft and paint handmade toy cars and trucks, creating gifts that are donated each holiday season to children in need through local organizations.

This resident-led effort reflects the power of purpose-driven living, proving that a simple act of kindness can create lasting joy for both those who give and those who receive.

“Recipes for Life” at The Delaney at The Green invites residents to introduce their favorite dishes and traditions to others. Last month, one resident shared a cherished recipe for a crustless zucchini quiche. Life Enrichment Coordinator Kathy and Dining Room Manager John helped bring the experience to life, creating connection through a shared love of cooking and good food.
