Mission Statement:

CLAIMOLOGY exists to elevate this shared human experience through the vehicle of the insurance mechanism,
bringing to life the utopia of caring for, and sharing of, one another’s burdens, in utmost good faith. May we always strive to pursue this purpose as the pinnacle of our collective achievement in thought, in deed, and in speech. As members of the collective consciousness we affirm to the following in the performance of duties entrusted to us as
licensed insurance professionals:

CLAIMOLOGY Codes of Conduct:
a. Insurance Professionals should endeavor to place the public interest above their own. Insurance Professionals should seek continually to maintain and improve their professional
knowledge, skills, and competence. Insurance Professionals should obey all laws and regulations, and should avoid any conduct or activity
that would cause unjust harm to others intentionally, accidentally or by inference. Insurance Professionals should be diligent in the performance of their occupational duties and should
continually strive to improve the functioning of the insurance mechanism. Insurance Professionals should aspire to raise the professional and ethical standards of the insurance
and risk management profession. Insurance Professionals should strive to establish and maintain dignified and honorable relationships
with those whom they serve, with fellow Insurance Professionals, with members of other professions,
and with the community at large. Insurance Professionals should assist in improving the public understanding of insurance and risk
management. Insurance Professionals should honor the integrity of the Insurance Professionals designation and
respect the limitations placed on its use. Insurance Professionals should assist in maintaining the integrity of the Insurance Professionals Code
of Professional Conduct. Insurance Professionals Code of Professional Conduct:
j. Be knowledgeable about insurance laws and regulations and share that knowledge with others. Demonstrate excellence in discharging their professional responsibilities. Comply with the letter and spirit of laws governing the regulation of insurance and encourage others
to do so as well. Abstain from professional decisions in which there is, or may appear to be, a conflict of interest. Strive to improve the regulatory compliance system. Act in a manner that will promote respect for the insurance industry and regulatory compliance
professionals within the industry.
