The Olson Land Partners team continues to develop NatureWalk at Pond Creek into the premier acreage community of Pace, Florida, and we’re thrilled to share the latest updates!
NatureWalk at Pond Creek is one of largest residential acreage communities in the surrounding area of Pace, and the master design continues to unfold throughout all 653-acres. We’re pleased to provide the latest project updates which includes the community amenity area, where residents are invited to connect, unwind, and enjoy the natural surroundings within NatureWalk at Pond Creek. From evenings spent gathered around the fire pit with loved ones, to morning walks surrounded by native foliage and beautiful landscaping, the gathering place is yet another unique addition that our team is proud to deliver to the community.

Olson Land Partners is proud to announce the completion of another successful development in Montgomery Alabama, conveniently located across from Walmart, Publix, Dunkin Donuts, Tidal Wave Spa, Mavis Tire Store, and many other retailers! This brand-new Chick-fil-A is officially open, serving the community at 8090 Vaughn Road!
From the beginning stages of development to the successful completion of this project, our team worked diligently to bring this restaurant to a successful completion. We’re thrilled to have delivered another successful development for one of the country’s most beloved brands, Chick-fil-A. We look forward to the upcoming completion of many other development projects that our team is currently leading throughout the Southeastern United States, stay tuned!

Just sold in Ocala, Florida! 🎉 The team at Olson Land Partners proudly led the land development of another Ellianos Coffee, a premier drive-through coffee company based in Florida. We’re thrilled to share the successful sale of this parcel, and we look forward to seeing Ellianos Coffee serving the Ocala community at 7682 SW State Road 200!

The development team at OLP Wash Partners has led another world-class conveyor car wash to completion in Tuscaloosa, Alabama!
This site has been successfully turned over and is now serving the Tuscaloosa community 7 days a week. Tidal Wave Auto Spa is conveniently located at 8901 Alabama Hwy 69 S, adjacent to Jacks Family Restaurant.
