Working together is a skill set our youth are learning in our summer work program. Sometimes doing things as a team can bring the best results.
At Project U Turn, our Summer Work Program is about so much more than a paycheck. We’re helping teens develop strong work ethics, leadership skills, responsibility, confidence, communication, and real-world job experience that prepares them for their future.
When we invest in our youth today, we build stronger leaders for tomorrow. Every lesson learned, every skill developed, and every opportunity provided is another step toward purpose and success.
We’re not just providing summer jobs—we’re building futures. 💙

A summer work program for youth teaches much more than how to earn a paycheck. It helps young people develop the habits, attitudes, and life skills they need to become successful employees, leaders, entrepreneurs, and responsible adults.
Summer work program teaches youth skills they can use later in life. First day of work can be scary, but they came ready to work.

Our partnership with GDYT gives us opportunity to employ young people for the summer. They will learn valuable skills throughout the next 6 weeks they can carry into their futures.
Today kicks off our Summer Work Program with GDYT.

Our youth programs offered an overnight trip to many places. This was one of the times we combined the RubyGirl Trip with It’s-N-The Male trip.
