Hello to the new friends and followers 🤍

I’m Nicole Cunningham. Artist based out of Metro-Detroit Michigan. As we all do, I wear many hats- “mommy” and “artist” being my top 2. I’m still trying to figure out how to show up online and build a community here. I started my business April 17th of 2019. I started it before I really even knew what I wanted my “niche” to be. I was just a girl who had a burning desire to create something, anything. Hence my business name - Createtingz.

I didn’t know it then but the following years would be some of the most challenging years of my life. Through all the hardships the one thing that never burnt out was… my art. Sadly some of my paintings were destroyed (will share the backstory on that one day when I feel safe to do so), some paintings were lost. Most days I felt lost. Lost hope. Lost friends. Lost family. Lost money. Lost resources. Lost joy. I lost what made me, me. With all that being said, I’m finding myself now more than ever. You only get one life. One life with a new chance to create each day you wake up. Create memories, create traditions, create habits, create mindsets. I am eternally grateful for those who have stuck by my side and for those who are new friends of mine, the support I have is growing each day.

I hope you enjoy being here, I hope you enjoy my art. I hope you make memories today with your loved ones. I hope you surround yourself with those who light a fire in you, not put it out.
