Well, it’s finally official. ❤️🍕

We made another restaurant.

Meet Unc’s Pizza, our new Detroit-style pizzeria just a few blocks from Dime Store in Capitol Park.

We teamed up with our friend Tony Sacco from Mootz Pizzeria + Bar to build the kind of neighborhood pizza place we always wished existed. Really good Detroit-style pizza, old-school favorites made from scratch and a warm, welcoming place where you can grab a booth, have a drink, eat some really good food and stay awhile.

It’s been a long road getting here (like, a really long road 😂), and we’re so damn proud of this place and the team that brought it to life.

Unc’s is officially open. To all of our Dime Store people who have been following along, cheering us on and asking when the heck we were finally going to open, thank you. ❤️

Low-key my favorite omelette on the menu.

Locally grown roasted mushrooms from Stoney Creek Mushrooms, herbed goat cheese & fried onions. Mushroom skeptics, this might be the one. 🍄
