✨ SOUND HEALING THIS SUNDAY ✨
Rest • Reconnect • Realign

Come join me for an evening of grounding, relaxation, and beautiful healing energy at the Elks Theater in Prescott. 💜

We’ll begin with a gentle guided meditation to help you settle into your body, quiet the outside world, and arrive fully in the present moment.

Then we’ll journey into sound healing with drums and crystal bowls, allowing the vibrations to create a space for deep relaxation, reflection, and receiving.

And we’ll close our evening with a mini Reiki session for everyone who is open to receiving. ✨
