Cooperwooddesign had the privilege of making a new outdoor sign for Little Maple Homestead LLC - Horseboarding in Ovid Michigan. This sign measures 24" and is made with all exterior materials that will hold up to the Michugan weather elements. We laser cut their logo and applied it to the backboard. This is a two sided sign that will hang out by the road at their farm.

Did somebody say Wh***ey or Bourbon?
Here is a very cool cottage sign that Cooperwooddesign made from an authentic bourbon barrel lid! This is made from white oak which has had bourbon stored in the barrel for around 10 years or so.
The lid is made up of several pieces of tongue and groove wood. We take each piece and run through the planer to remove the black soot from all the years of storing bourbon. Then they go through the sanding process and finally are glued back together and we apply 3 coats of clear coat finish.

The graphics are laser cut from colored acrylic and applied on top of the wood giving it a cool 3d effect!
This sign will last for many years to come even in the elements of our Michigan weather.

Happy Friday everyone! I wanted to share a picture of a business sign that Cooperwooddesign had the privilege of making for a company's office in California! This is for a diesel mechanic facility.
We took their logo and laser cut all the individual pieces out of colored acrylic and then applied to a wood backboard. This turned out amazing!
