A new school year can bring a lot with it: new classes, new teammates, new expectations, and a whole new routine.

As fall sports get underway, take a Parent Timeout to check in with your student-athlete. Ask how they’re feeling — and not just how they’re playing.

A few minutes of listening can remind them that you're on their team, on and off the field.
