We enable any insurance organization to intelligently motivate their sales teams to sell the most profitable products in the most efficient manner possible. Racing Snail is a productivity system for insurance agencies that drives both greater sales volume and more agency profit. The system is comprised of three major components:
Sales and Activity Analysis:
• Who’s selling what for how much & where did it come from
• Closing Ratio analysis to understand the sales effectiveness of each sub-producer
• Month to month & annual production trends
ROI Reports:
• Where are you making & where are you losing money
• Profitability of sub-producers
• Profitability of individual marketing efforts so that agencies can reallocate resources away from money losers & concentrate on the profit generators
Incentive Plans:
• Create incentive structures that reward sub-producers for accelerating production, resulting in more rapid agency growth & higher agency revenues. Racing Snail has been assisting business owners to track their production, calculate employee and marketing return on investment, and develop targeted incentive systems for over 7 years. During this time approximately 4,000 users in 43 states and Canada are either currently using or have used our tools. I was a Sergeant in the US Army for 5 years. After my service I graduated from the U of A with a BSBA in Management Information Systems in 2002. I started my career an Insurance Sales Manager, and was responsible for organizing teams to meet monthly quotas by both cross-selling current clients and acquiring new clients. I have the rare combination of both technical design skills and the business acumen of an end-user. I have a keen understanding of the daily process flow of an insurance agency and have been able to apply that expertise in the ongoing growth and development of the Racing Snail products.
