We're hiring: Receptionist / Office Coordinator — Dover, DE

Diamond Computer has been keeping Delaware's businesses, medical offices, law firms, town governments, and fire companies running since 1997. We're looking for the person who keeps the front of our house running — answering the phone, getting client requests to the right technician, scheduling the day, and making sure nothing gets forgotten. It's a busy desk and no two days look alike.

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 5:00, with paid holidays and paid time off, help toward an individual health plan (ICHRA), and retirement savings through Delaware EARNS.

You don't need to be technical — our technicians handle that. You need to be reliable, organized, good with people on the phone, and quick to learn. If you've worked a front desk, a dispatch office, or customer service, we'd like to hear from you.
